The weather has finally warmed up, spring flowers are beginning to bloom, and the craving for white wines has begun. Today at work I actually had the conversation with a friend of how we're in the mood for white wines. We were recommending each other bottles that we might like. And yet I get home from work, play in the yard for a while, had dinner and prepared for Lost....and I opened a bottle of red wine. =p
