Kaleidoscope White Wine

Kaleidoscope white table wine was another one of those bottles purchased b/c of the label. I feel for good reason, b/c this is a really pretty bottle! Unfortunately, the wine was kinda eh. It was ok, it was drinkable, and inexpensive ($10). I'd drink it again if it was given to me as a gift or if someone else purchased it b/c of the pretty label. I probably won't buy it again.

I couldn't find a link to the vineyard that produces this wine. I'd be curious to see what grapes were used and it that would explain it's "ehness" to me. To me it was a white wine trying to be dry or semi sweet, but was just too fruity and sweet for my taste.

In searching for the vineyard's website I found the designer responsible for the label. Check him out here, I also borrowed the pic from him. Bravo on the label, you officially sold at least one bottle of this companies wine!

Yeah, the label is quite psychedelic! Bummer that it was rather underwhelming ...

I loved this wine. How do I order it? I can't find it anywhere in Colorado or online.

I loved it! Reminds me of Caymus Conundrum or Michael David Seven Heavenly Chards for a lot less. If you like easy drinking, very aromatic wine with a kaleidoscope of flavors and you like (or don't mind) a little sweetness, this is your wine.

I couldn't agree more with the April 2, 2010 comment. You were spot on! I personally love "sorta sweet" but not too "desserty" white wines with deep rich flavors. This was great. I would definitely buy it again. It tastes wonderful and you can't beat the price.

I think this is one of the better white wines I have tried, and am searching for where to buy it also. Specs and World Market don't carry it anymore, got it from winewoot.com. I hope it comes back!!
